Software Development Engineer II – Software Engineering

     I have been working with Craftsmen Ltd. as a SDE-II for more then 5 years now. I have         been engaged with the following projects within this time frame.

  • Building Portal with Typescript and AWS for Logic media which is used by bundesliga, sportscast etc.

  • Developed AWS-based backend systems, built custom workflows using "Node Red" and enhanced customer ex-perience by reducing image upload time using AWS lambda for Kunnusta. Improved reliability by fixing bugs, optimized IAM policies, and refactored legacy code for better scalability and maintainability.
  • Built "live video streaming", "live to VOD" and "VOD content delivery" systems for M2A media. Used by global media clients such as - DAZN, Formula 1, BBC, C4, Rakuten.

  • Developed automated end to end test suites that reduced QA time by 30% for M2A media workflows.

  • Provided L2 support and hypercare services as an expert engineer for high value live sports events like Serie A, Bundesliga, F1 race, Boxing matches to catch and fix issues instantly.

  • Mentored trainee engineers at the Craftsmen Excellence Academy, contributing to talent development initiatives.

    I see software development as the art of understanding people’s needs through communication, research, and observation, and transforming those insights into reliable solutions through design, coding, review, testing, and documentation delivered within a shared timeline.
